Shamanic healing and drumming circle

For this circle we will be working with the element of fire and the energies of the summer solstice. We will be working with simple drum beats which will build into spontaneous rhythms. Drumming in circle has many proven benefits for overall well-being, including relaxation, improved sleep and a sense of belonging in community. Feel free to move, sound and be as you are in a friendly and welcoming environment. We meet at Sardis Chapel, which is located directly on the left coming out of Pontypridd train station.
