Shamanic healing and drumming circle

For this circle we will be learning the basics of a shamanic journey, followed by a guided journey with a drumbeat. We will then learn some simple drum beats which will build into spontaneous rhythms. Drumming in circle has many proven benefits for overall well-being, including relaxation, improved sleep and a sense of belonging in community. Feel free to move, sound and be as you are in a friendly and welcoming environment. We meet at Sardis Chapel, which is located directly on the left coming out of Pontypridd train station.
