Shamanic Healing Circle

For this circle we will be focusing on what it means to be centered in our bodies and to be in our own energy. Oftentimes we are so influenced by other people we forget what's really important to us. There will be some sharing of techniques that will help increase self trust and tuning in to our own bodies and intuition, as well as a meditation and shamanic journey to call your power back.
